Woody Williams


Williams, a Cy-Fair High School graduate and University of Houston alumnus, began his career pitching in relief until he was moved to a full time starter in 1997. On December 12, 1998, he was traded to the San Diego Padres with minor leaguer Peter Tucci and Carlos Almanzar for right-handed pitcher Joey Hamilton. He worked exclusively as a starter in San Diego until he was traded to the St. Louis Cardinals for outfielder Ray Lankford on August 2, 2001.


Woody is active in the Alvin, Texas community. In 2002, he donated money to the Alvin High School athletic program to help buy new equipment. After enjoying a 15 year MLB career, Woody retired in 2007. He has five children, Katelyn, Sarah, Hannah, Caden, and Lillian(Lily), and currently resides in Houston with them and his wife. Woody is the owner of Woodshed, an 800 acre farm in Ewing MO. Woody has an undying love for the outdoors, and his passion is deer hunting. Mark Lemke


Lemke, nicknamed "The Lemmer" and "Dirt", began his 11 year major league career with the Atlanta Braves.  A native of Utica, NY, Lemke was known as a slick fielding switch hitting 2nd baseman for both the Braves and also the Boston Red Sox.  Also known as the Braves version of "Mr October", Lemke played in 62 postseason games and appeared in 4 World Series.  His heroics in the 1991 World Series included a .417 average, 3 triples and a walk off hit in game 3 that brought the Braves back into the Series.  Lemke also is the all time record holder for most career plate appearances without being hit by a pitch (3664).


Lemke currently hosts the Braves pregame show on the Braves Radio Network with co-hosts Leo Mazzoe and Buck Belue in Atlanta.  He also fills in on radio during spring training and road games during the regular season as color man with Jim Powell and Don Sutton.  During his time away from baseball, Lemke pursues deer hunting with the same drive and desire as he had when he helped the Braves win pennants.  His dedication to the outdoors and the sport of deer hunting makes him a welcome addition to Charlie O's Pro Staff for the future!













Pat Hentgen


Hentgen, born in Detroit,MI, pitched in the major leagues for 14 seasons with 3 teams including Toronto, St Louis and Baltimore.  His career accomplishments included being a 3x All Star, 1993 World Series champion, 1996 AL Cy Young Award winner and 1996 AL TSN Pitcher of the Year.  The 1996 campaign saw him go 20-10 with a 3.22 ERA and 177 strikeouts.  He was known to challenge hitters directly with his fastball, compiling 1290 strikeouts in his career.
Hentgen began his coaching career in 2011 while rejoining the Toronto Blue Jays as their new bullpen coach.  He and his wife,Darlene, have 3 girls and 1 boy.  Hentgen has a 750 acre ranch in Canada where he pursues his love of deer hunting.  He is an accomplished bow hunter and takes his competitiveness and preparation from his baseball career into chasing those Canadian Monarchs!  Hentgens' passion for the sport of hunting makes him a terrific addition to Charlie O's Pro Staff!















Todd Wofford


Born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Todd grew up fishing with friends, and became hooked on hunting in college. Todd is co-owner of Charlie o Products. His love for the outdoors runs deep. After graduating from Shorter University and his baseball career, Todd took his competitive spirit and drive to hunting deer and turkey. He spends, on average, 120 days a year in the woods, either chasing whitetails, turkeys or just scouting and planting food plots on his lease in north Georgia. He has a deep respect for wildlife and hunting. That passion is what lead he and Charlie to start Charlie O' Products. Todd wanted quality products that hunters could depend on and afford.


His ideas on some of the new products and the formulas used in some other traditional products sets Charlie O' Products ahead of the competition. Todd completed his NWTF Grand Slam in 1998. Todd has over 100 bow harvest with 6 Pope and Young deer taken in the past 7 years. He resides in Rome, Ga with his wife, Jackie and two wonderful children Brody and Toree.















Bob Little



Born in Commerce,Ga, Bob has spent most all of his life in Rockmart, GA where he now resides with his wonderful family which includes his wife Candace and three children, Seth, Mollie and Megan.  He has always shared a love for the outdoors but was introduced to deer hunting by his brother in law when he was a teenager and immediately had a passion for it.  Bob has also always had a love for the game of baseball, including when he played his college career at Southern Tech in Marietta, Ga.  When his playing days were over, he carried the same passion and intensity from the baseball diamond into hunting mature whitetail deer.


Bob also spends a lot of time outside of the hunting season scouting, reading maps, going over notes from previous seasons for future stand placement and continuously looking for ways to make himself a better hunter.  He practices scent control to an extreme and believes that the proper preparation before the hunt is always just as important as the hunt itself.  He has always had a great respect for the hunting industry and is extremely proud to be a member of Charlie O's Pro Staff.












Zack Weaver
Born and raised in Aragon, Ga, Zach grew up fishing, hunting, and wrestling.  He was hooked on hunting at a very young age.  His fathers love of hunting made a great impression on Zach at a very young age, his father is his role model and always will be.  Zach's passion for the outdoors grew as he spent numerous hours walking and scouting for whitetails.  Zach is married to wife Amanda and has a son named Zacary.  Zach is following in his father's foot steps and now spends most of his time with his son teaching him to appreciate the outdoors in every aspect.  Zach is very successful hunting high pressure public land through out North Georgia and on his own quality managed property.  Charlie O's is honored to have Zach on the pro staff.  

Lance Hanger
Lance has been a Pro Staff Member of Butski Calls, Cody Turkey Calls, Parker Bows, Leupold Optics, Rhino Blinds and Walker's Game Ear.  In April 2007 he was invited to be a Knigh and Hale Jr. Pro.  He is also sponsored by Elliott Chevrolet of Staunton Virginia, driving a beautiful Chevy Avalanch that displays his sponsor logos.  Lance is a member of the SOS (sportsman's ourdoor strategies) TV crew and has also been featured on the Outdoor Channel.  He has harvested 17 Whitetail Bucks and 45 Turkeys.
At the age of 17 Lance had already completed two (2) Wild Turkey Grand Slams (Eastern, Rios, Osceolas and Merriams species of the wild turkey).  At the age of 7 Lance became involved in competitive calling and holds six Grand National Titles (two of which are Grand National Championships) a Grand American Title and twelve State Titles.  Some of his most prestigious wins include: Grand National Intermediate 2nd runner-up 2008 & 2011, Grand National Intermediate Champion 2007, Realtree Grand American Junior Champion 2007, Grand National Junior Chamption 2006, Grand National Junior 1st runner-up 2005 and Grand National Junior 4th runner-up 2004.
1998 through 2001 Lance won or placed in nurmerous local, regional and state contests.  He has conducted seminars and demonstrations at Sports shows, mens events, Women in the outdoors events, NWTF and Jakes events, Hunters Helping Kids, NRA events Wheeling Sportsman and at Bass Pro Shops.  This year Lance is a college sophomore at BRCC and attends Jerusalem Chapel United Brethren Church and is very active as a youth leader.  His website address is www.hammeronzone.com.
